Hey there, it's me, Tami Dee!

I’m a Cultural Heritage Reconnection Coach, author, and speaker. And I’m living proof that reclaiming your cultural identity isn’t always simple—or linear.

I’ve had to navigate Dominican and Jamaican roots I wasn’t raised in, raise an Ethiopian daughter across cultures, care for my aging mom, and build a life outside the U.S.—all while doing the hard, beautiful, messy work of reconnecting with who I am.

I bring over 30 years of experience across cultural education, program development, nonprofit leadership, and business consulting—experience that now supports the work I lead around cultural heritage reconnection, identity, and belonging.
